1. Wake up early in morning (healthy lifestyle)

Waking up early is one of the most important habit for a healthy lifestyle. How you start your day sets the tone for the rest of the day. Meaning if you start your day stressed running behind the time, the rest of the day is likely to be the same. A morning routine can help you to a more peaceful start to the day and it also gives you back a sense of control. Your early morning hours tends to the most productive hours of the day. It will also help you to balance your mental health. Early morning time is quality time for yourself.

2. Hydration (healthy lifestyle)

Drinking a glass of water the first thing in the morning to initiate the hydration process is a great habit to start your day. 60% of the human body is water. Yep, that’s a lot to keep up on! Drinking water keeps your brain and body active, helps the digestive system, keeps us energized, regulates the body temperature, hydrates the skin, helps to detox, etc apart from this, water carries lots of important nutrients!
